  • February 6, 2012:  Paul Deshaies:
    Paul Deshaies (a member of LCC) was given this year’s Victor Spécial award for his outstanding contributions to sports in the Eastern Townships Wednesday night at the 31st Eastern Townships Sports Merit Awards.
    Each year the gala pays tribute to one person who has made a real impact on sports in the Townships. This year the tribute was paid to Paul Deshaies, physical education professor, referee, curler and dean of the Physical Education Department of the Université de Sherbrooke.

Curling Clinics -- Cliniques de curling

Instructor lead clinics .. learn the basics of curling directly from fully qualified trainers. Spend a little one on one with them and learn the ins and outs of the slide and the rock delivery, and most importantly how to have fun and enjoy the athletic side of the sport.

Apprenez le Curling .. venez essayer ce sport avec des instructeurs qualifiés. Que ce soit en groupe ou personnalisés, les cours vous permettront de connaître la technique de la glissade sur la glace et le lancer de la pierre de curling.
